Please read the Health Warranty completely before placing a deposit on a puppy.
By placing a deposit on a Cockapoo puppy, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions within this Health Warranty. This is outlined in the PayPal Deposit Form when you submit your NonRefundable/Transferable Deposit.
ALL deposits are NON-refundable & NON-transferable unless the puppy is found to have a medical issue that will keep the Cockapoo Puppy from being a quality pet/companion. If, at the 7 week health check, the Cockapoo Puppy is determined to be unfit for purchase, the Buyer is entitled to 1) an available cockapoo puppy 2) refund of deposit.
BUYER agrees to have the Cockapoo Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 total (including holidays and weekends) hours of Buyer taking custody of the Cockapoo Puppy (date/time). Veterinarian well pet exam to include health exam, fecal exam, discuss upcoming vaccines, wormings, heartworm and flea prevention, spay/neuter at minimum. SELLER will provide the health record of the Cockapoo Puppy to BUYER upon delivery/pick up.
Should your veterinarian find the puppy unfit for purchase due to a life threatening hereditary disorder the Buyer can return the puppy within 5 total (including holidays and week ends) days from date of examination to the Seller for 1) an available puppy or 2) a full refund of the purchase price only. Documentation from the veterinarian outlining the diagnosis as well as any test results must accompany the return of the Cockapoo puppy. Seller has the right to validate the diagnosis with a veterinarian of their choice prior to a refund or a replacement puppy.
This Cockapoo puppy comes with a Guarantee due to death for hereditary genetic disorders only. This Guarantee is for six (6) months from date of birth. A necropsy must be performed for any death (natural or euthanized) by a licensed pathologist (not a veterinarian). Pathology report, complete medical record (to include the 72 hour well pet veterinarian visit outlined above) must be provided to the Seller. Once our veterinarian reviews all medical information and pathology reports; deems the death was due to a hereditary genetic disorder the Seller will provide a a refund of the purchase price only.
The following defects are not considered serious/life threatening, not considered hereditary; are not covered under any part of the Health Warranty: 1) underbite/overbite, 2) undescended testicles, 3) umbilical or inguinal hernias, 4) regrowth of dew claws, 5) cherry eyes, 6) grade 1 or 2 luxating patellas, 7) grade 1 or 2 innocent/juvenile heart murmurs, 8) kidney/Bladder/Urinary Tract Infection, 9) allergies, 10) ear Mites, 11) other common puppy problems such as fleas, lice or ticks, coccidia, giardia, parasites (internal or external), kennel cough or any other type of bacterial /viral infections.
Parvovirus or Distemper are not covered by this Health Warranty as the puppy has only been started on its inoculations prior to going to their new home and family. Your puppy's immune system is not fully developed until he/she has completed its series of puppy vaccines.
In all instances outlined above no refunds will be given at any time for any type of veterinarian fees/care, laboratory fees, x-rays, travel to/from veterinarians, shipping puppy/dog or return of the puppy/dog. All travel/veterinarian related expenses are the responsibility of the Buyer.
The refund of purchase price is only valid when health problem is attributed to a congenital problem; not due to accident, contagions, or illness.
BUYER AGREES to take their puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours from date/time of pick up/delivery from the Seller. If your regular veterinarian is not available, you are required to take the puppy to another veterinarian. Failure to have this exam on file will cause this guarantee to be null and void.
BUYER AGREES to neuter/spay the puppy on or before Cockapoo puppy's 7 month birthdate.
BUYER AGREES if at any time the Buyer is unable to keep the Cockapoo Puppy/Dog they may, at Buyer's expense, return the Cockapoo along with all Medical records, fully vetted for age and freshly groomed to the Seller. Buyer must deliver the Cockapoo to the Seller at Buyer's expense. The Buyer agrees they will not be reimbursed in any way (monetary or other) for returning the Cockapoo to the Seller.
We do not give any guarantee for adult size/structure, color changes, coat texture (straight or curly), eye coloring, shedding or hypo allergenic.
The coat type of the Cockapoo will vary as characteristics are inherited from both the poodle and the cocker spaniel. There may even be some variety within a litter. The three possible coat types are a tight curly coat, a loose wavy/ringlet coat and a straighter coat. There are no guarantees for coat type, color or texture.
This Health Warranty is non-transferable. It is only in effect for the original BUYER whose name appears on the PayPal Deposit or Personal Check provided to make the original nonrefundable/transferable deposit.
BUYER AGREES they have read and understand the terms set forth. BUYER AGREES that when they made their initial nonrefundable/transferable deposit via PayPal or other methods (personal check, cash) they automatically agreed to the terms and conditions set forth above in the Health Warranty. By accepting these terms in this Purchase Agreement/Health Warranty the Buyer waives all rights to file any legal claim against the Seller.
