VISITS

We do ask you make an appointment to visit us.

Our hours are flexible however appointments are made at my convenience.
Visits are made by appointment Monday thru Saturday.
No appointments or visits are scheduled for Sundays.

Let me explain some of the reasons why I make appointments for visiting puppies, moms & dads. 

My time is valuable and I have many things to do.

Moms are very nervous with their new babies when strangers come into the room.   So we try to keep them calm and safe with their new brood.  So, if you visit when puppies are very young, the Mom needs to be out of the room while you are there or safely secured and out of view.

Also, I do not like having more than one family here at one time when visiting. It is an exciting time for everyone so having an appointment means I can spend time with you and your family, answering your questions.  It is just a more relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Young puppies sleep a lot and you get to only see them sleep! Just like a sleeping baby, it is hard to take your eyes off them they are so cute!  It is recommended you visit when the puppies are four weeks or older. They are walking around, have started developing personalities and playing with their siblings.

Due to highly contagious diseases, like parvovirus, we ask that you are serious about buying a puppy meaning you are looking
for a cockapoo puppy to take home now or want to place a deposit on a puppy.  Whether you buy from me or another breeder, your intent must be to add a puppy to your family at that time or in a few weeks.  I do not mind visitors meeting my dogs, puppies or seeing the facilities, but we do need to be careful.  We do not want visitors who just want to have a Saturday afternoon adventure.

We only allow ONE visit prior to taking puppies home.
This helps to minimize the risk of any diseases for your puppy and for the newborn puppies.

PLEASE NOTE:  There will be no bathroom facilities available for puppy visits.















PUPPY PICK UPS
NEW PROCEDURES...PLEASE READ

Beginning July 15, 2008, all puppy pick ups will be done on Saturdays at 11:00 am.  All new owners will meet at one time on the deck of my home.  We will all go through the paperwork together, have a question and answer session.  Puppies will either be on the deck or in the puppy room.  If you bring your children along, please bring something to keep them busy for 1/2 an hour.  I have a large area easily seen from the deck for children to play. I have horse shoes & a volleyball net.  Children must stay in the play area during the info session.   Puppies will not be allowed to be handled prior to the end of the pick up session. 

This will also allow you to see the siblings and meet up with those who have the littermates to your puppy.

YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR YOUR PUPPY PICK UP or you will need to wait until the following Saturday to pick up your puppy.

  •   If you are planning on visiting more than one breeder, our home/facility has to be first.
  •   Wear old shoes as you will be asked to step into a tray of bleach water.
  •   Only bring your immediate family....no neighbors, grandparents, etc.
  •   No puppies are allowed to be held unless they are 6 weeks old.
  •   Children are required to sit on the floor to hold puppies when puppies are over 6 weeks old.
  •   You may only hold the puppy you are purchasing.
  •   When holding puppies, you will be required to sanitize your hands and clothing.
